                                                                              CHARLES DICKENS

British writer, in 1822, I move London and two years later his father was imprisoned by debts.
I am employed at a factory of footwear, where it knew the hard conditions of the humblest persons to that I dedicate great part of his work.
It obtained employment as attorney, but already he was aspiring to be a playwright and journalist.
Little by little the life started being gained with what he was writing, started writing on the politics and the daily life in London.
I marry Catherine Hogarth, daughter of the owner of a newspaper which I publish several books.
Dickens's style is flowery and poetical, with a strong comical touch. His satires on the snobbery of the British aristocracy. He was calling one of his prominent figures they are often popular. Orphans' comparisons with shareholders or retainers with furniture are some of his more acclaimed ironies.
In spite of ten children that it had in his marriage, the increasing difficulties provoked by Dickens's extramarital relations drove finally to the divorce in 1858, apparently because of his passion for a young woman actress, Ellen Teman, who must have been his lover. Dickens had to defend himself from the social scandal realizing a public declaration in the same newspaper.
